To me this is a person with no personality,no identity yet he's looking.Also the face in here is symbolizes a personalty around him that fits him but he does not like it so he's searching for it.
Another meaning is the person he is doesn't fit the corporate suit and he is trying to get away from the suit and tie life he wants expression,FREEDOM!!!!
